Woodlands Landing Townhomes Nearing Completion

GHK Cape Fear Development is pleased to announce that construction on Woodlands Landing, a luxury, rental townhome-style community, is nearing completion. The first units of the project, located in the Echo Farms subdivision of Wilmington, North Carolina, are expected to deliver in March 2020.

Along with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, Woodlands Landing will feature a clubhouse, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, walking trails and bike storage. The 176-unit project targets individuals who seek amenity-rich living without the burdens of home ownership in a quieter and more private multifamily setting.
